Shipping

We offer shipping via the US Postal Service for most locations in North America and some locations internationally, with a variety of cost and delivery time options.

Delivery Time

When you place your order, an estimated shipping time is calculated by the carrier based on the distance and the class of service you choose. This shipping time is to be considered in addition to the time required to process and package your order. While we do our best to do so within a day or two, during very busy times it may take a bit longer. You will be notified by e-mail as your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on the class of service, distance of travel, and weight of the products being ordered. This amount is added to the cost of materials to prepare the package for shipment to result in the final shipping and handling charge.

Undeliverable Packages

Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable by the carrier, we will attempt to contact the purchaser at the address supplied to confirm the address. If the address supplied by the customer turns out to be in error, we reserve the right to issue a full refund of the purchase price minus any shipping and handling charges originally billed. If the provided information was correct, we will consult with the carrier and re-ship the order as soon as possible.

Returns

We will issue refunds for products returned to us in resaleable condition within 14 days of original purchase, minus any shipping and handling charges originally billed. You must contact us for authorization prior to returning the product.

If a product you ordered from us was damaged, defective, or incorrect then we will refund the entire purchase price, including shipping and handling. We will still only take returns within 14 days of original purchase though, so contact us for authorization immediately upon receiving the damaged or incorrect item.
